Did you miss our surviving the streets of DC?

On April 26, 2014 we hosted "Surviving the Streets on a Bike". Attendees learned about proper lane positions, "taking the lane", how to navigate intersections, and how to bike on multilane roads.  After a two hour seminar, attendees had an opportunity to practice on a pre-determined route.

The Rise of Protected Bike Lanes in the U.S. - Featuring Allyson Criner Brown

Allyson Criner Brown is a member of the Black Women Bike Leadership Team and a representative on the DC Bicycle Advisory Council. She has a great cameo in a video produced by the Green Lanes Project entitled The Rise of Protected Bike Lanes in the U.S.
